1. Do I need an account to place an order?

No. You may place an order as a guest.

Creating a Roselvane account gives you access to several benefits, including:

  • Faster checkout
  • Easy access to your order status and order history
  • Updates about new products, special offers, and promotions

2. What payment methods do you accept?

Roselvane accepts major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. PayPal may also be available at checkout.

3. How secure is my online order?

Your payment and personal information are protected using SSL encryption during checkout.

Your payment details are securely transmitted to our payment service provider for authorization and processing. Roselvane does not store your complete credit card information on our servers.

4. Are there any currency exchange fees?

All Roselvane transactions are processed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated at checkout.

When using a card issued in another currency, your bank or card provider may convert the amount according to its exchange rate on the processing date. Additional foreign transaction or currency conversion fees may apply. Please contact your card provider for details.

5. How should I enter my shipping address?

Please enter your shipping information accurately using English characters whenever possible.

Make sure your full name, street address, apartment or unit number, city, state or province, postal code, country, and phone number are correct before submitting your order.

6. Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Please contact Roselvane Customer Support as soon as possible after placing your order.

We will try to update the address before the order is processed. However, once an order has been packed or shipped, the shipping address usually cannot be changed.

Please use a reliable residential or business address where you will be available to receive the package.

7. How long does shipping take, and how can I track my package?

Delivery times depend on your destination and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and tracking link. Please allow some time for the carrier’s tracking information to update.

International deliveries may be delayed by customs inspections, local postal services, severe weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

8. What should I do if an item is missing from my order?

Please check the package carefully, including all protective materials. Some orders may arrive in separate shipments.

If an item is still missing, contact us as soon as possible and include your order number, the name of the missing item, and clear photos of the package and the products received.
