Shipping & Delivery
At Roselvane, order delivery consists of two stages: processing time and shipping time.
Processing Time
Processing includes order verification, payment confirmation, quality inspection, and packaging.
Most orders are prepared and submitted to our fulfillment center for dispatch within 1–3 business days after the order is placed and payment is successfully received.
Processing may take longer during weekends, public holidays, product launches, or periods of high order volume.
Estimated Shipping Times
Shipping time begins after your order has been dispatched from our warehouse or fulfillment center.
United States & Canada
Standard Tracked Shipping: approximately 2–4 weeks, subject to product availability, customs clearance, and local carrier conditions.
Australia & New Zealand
Standard Tracked Shipping: approximately 2–4 weeks, subject to product availability, customs clearance, and local carrier conditions.
United Kingdom & Europe
Standard Tracked Shipping: approximately 2–4 weeks, subject to product availability, customs clearance, and local carrier conditions.
Other Countries and Regions
Standard Tracked Shipping: approximately 2–5 weeks, subject to product availability, customs clearance, and local carrier conditions.
These delivery estimates are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed. Shipping may take longer for remote locations or during customs inspections, severe weather, holidays, carrier disruptions, or other circumstances outside Roselvane’s control.
Insured Shipping
When insured shipping is selected, eligible orders may be covered if the package is confirmed lost in transit or arrives damaged.
Please contact Roselvane Customer Support and provide your order number, tracking information, photographs, and any other requested evidence. Once the claim has been reviewed and approved, we may arrange a replacement at no additional product cost.
Coverage does not apply to packages marked as delivered by the carrier, incorrect addresses entered by the customer, refused deliveries, or theft after delivery, unless otherwise required by law.
Priority Insured Shipping
Priority Insured Shipping gives your order priority during processing and includes applicable shipping protection.
Priority processing does not guarantee faster carrier transit. Depending on order volume, product availability, customs procedures, and the destination, the total delivery time may be similar to Standard Shipping.
Separate Shipments
Some products may be stored in different warehouses or fulfillment centers. As a result, items from the same order may be shipped separately and arrive at different times.
You will receive separate tracking information when available. You will not be charged additional shipping fees solely because an order is divided into multiple shipments.
Tracking Your Order
After your order has shipped, Roselvane will send a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number or tracking link.
Tracking information may take several days, and occasionally up to one week, to appear or update after dispatch.
You may track your package through the carrier’s website or through 17TRACK.
Please make sure the email address entered during checkout is correct, and check your spam or junk folder if you do not receive a shipping confirmation.
Shipping Delays
Delivery may take longer than estimated because of:
- High order volumes
- Customs inspections
- Public holidays
- Severe weather
- Carrier delays
- Remote delivery locations
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping information
Roselvane works with its fulfillment and shipping partners to dispatch orders as quickly as possible without compromising product quality.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, handling fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.
Unless otherwise stated during checkout, these charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping fee.
Roselvane does not control customs charges or customs clearance times.
Order Changes and Address Corrections
To request a change to your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it:

We will make reasonable efforts to update your order before it is processed. However, changes are not guaranteed. Once an order has been packed, fulfilled, or shipped, we may no longer be able to modify:
- The shipping address
- Product shades, colors, or variants
- Product quantities
- The shipping method
