Standard Returns Policy

At Roselvane, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise required by applicable law.

Returned items must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and in their original condition
  • Returned with the original packaging, labels, accessories, and promotional items
  • Accompanied by valid proof of purchase

For hygiene and safety reasons, cosmetics and beauty products that have been opened, used, tested, or had their protective seal removed may not be eligible for return unless they are damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Return conditions may vary during promotional campaigns, clearance events, Black Friday, or other special sales. Please review the applicable promotional terms before placing your order.

Products purchased from another authorized retailer must be returned to that retailer according to its own return policy.

Return Process

Before returning any item, please contact Roselvane Customer Support at:

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • The item you wish to return
  • The reason for the return
  • Clear photographs, when relevant

Our support team will review your request and provide the return instructions and return address.

Please do not send a return without authorization, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted or refunded.

Unless the item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise covered by applicable law, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping the shipping receipt until your return has been completed.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.

Original shipping fees, expedited shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, and other related costs are generally non-refundable unless required by law or the return resulted from an error by Roselvane.

Exchanges

To request an exchange, contact support@roselvane.com before returning the item.

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested replacement is unavailable, we may offer a refund or alternative solution.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

DAMAGED ITEM or INCORRECT ITEM

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs or videos of the product
  • Photographs of the shipping package and label

Please keep the item and all original packaging until your claim has been reviewed. After verification, we may offer a replacement, refund, or another appropriate resolution.

Missing Items

Some orders may be shipped in separate packages. Before contacting us, please review your shipping confirmation and tracking information to check whether another package is still in transit.

Please include your order number, the missing product, and photographs of the package and all items received.

Non-Returnable Items

Unless damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise required by law, the following items may not be returned:

  • Opened or used cosmetics
  • Products with broken or removed hygiene seals
  • Gift cards
  • Clearance or final-sale products
  • Personalized products
  • Items returned after the stated return period
  • Items not in their original condition or packaging

Order Cancellations

To request an order cancellation, contact us as soon as possible at support@roselvane.com.

We will try to cancel the order before processing begins, but cancellation is not guaranteed. Orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot normally be cancelled and must follow the standard return process.
